Our weather is a bit windy with a light swell but it's hot out, so the breeze is kind of welcomed at this point. The Spawn is On! Fishing at Twin Buttes is best in the fall when the browns are trying to spawn. Some of them are bigger than the kids that landed them. Fish seem to prefer the deadstick over jigging. The river is still pre-runoff and at wadable levels with mild current. Burgin Bugger (olive), Twin Buttes continues to fish well with leeches, streamers, and nymphs.
